Hi Bret P! My Lug Quilted Travel bag arrived and is in mint condition. Extra Props to you for speedy shipping and very thoughtful packing. The carrier tore the bag, creating about a five inch round hole. But there was no damage at all, because you placed the Lug in a sturdy plastic zipper bag. Special thanks for such a great deal!
