crazy way to fasten the buckle. guess it's the new way of doing it. I couldn't figure it out, being a senior, so I took it to a shoe doctor and had them install a regular buckle. heels were higher than I thought they would be, but since I'm only wearing them with one ourfit, thats ok. very pretty for $10
