The shoes arrived just fine - obviously brand new. I knew they would fit because I ALWAYS need Sketchers one whole size larger. Normally I wear a size 7.5 shoe or boot, but with Sketchers I ALWAYS need an 8.5. Just perfect and much less than half the price from Sketchers.
