The dress was nice - thank you. I'm giving 5 stars for the dress itself, however, when it arrived it was crumpled and wrinkled and appeared to just be tossed carelessly into a large box with no protection. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that perhaps you were just in a hurry because you have many 5-star love notes. I suggest that next time you protect the items a bit better either by wrapping them, bagging them or putting it into a smaller package to avoid a crumbled and wrinkled delivery - someone else might take away stars for something like that.
