I am giving 5 stars for good communication and fast shipping. I am also trying to assume the best of this seller and give them the benefit of the doubt. The topper was advertised as human hair. However, it was pretty tangled and felt synthetic wnen I took it out of the unmarked box. When I reached out, the seller provided a receipt from a site called essentiallyhair.shop. I did the burn test to see if it was real vs synthetic, and the hair melted rather than turned to ash (which is what real hair does). Again, I’m hoping this was a honest mistake and the seller was unaware the hair was actually synthetic.
