Bittersweetsouls went above and beyond with the packaging. I order online a lot and it was one of the most beautiful, thoughtfully wrapped, and personalized packages I have ever received. Imagine my surprise reading the lovely handwritten note that she signed, sharing a bit of an uncommon first name with my mum. She was also reasonable with her offers and counter offers, and the dress was in pristine condition.
