Purchase process was smooth. Although there was never an option in the app to use the cheaper shipping option, so it cost me twice as much as advertised. This is the fault of the app and not the seller, so I'm still giving 5 stars. Product looks and feels as expected...and they threw in a stick and a nice thank you card with a black cat on it. We also have a black cat, so this was a nice touch.
