This was my very first purchase from Kate’s closet and she really impressed me with her great customer service, warm, friendly and kind personality and attention to detail. My questions were answered within moments. Please try out her closet!! This has been a wonderful buying experience...my boots were carefully and securely wrapped and then placed inside of a large box, to preclude crushing during transport (and they were wrapped up in packing paper and bubble wrap…she even included a beautiful handwritten note). In addition, the shipping time was so fast. I love my new Ugg sheepskin boots, they look even better in person! Thanks so much for your stellar service. :)
