I had an outstanding experience purchasing from @betswing. The Lucchese boots I received were even better in person than they appeared in the photos, beautiful craftsmanship, exactly as described, and clearly well cared for. What really set this apart, though, was the personal touch. She included a handwritten note with the package, which was genuinely thoughtful and appreciated. It’s rare to see that level of care these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Smooth transaction, excellent communication, and a seller who clearly takes pride in what she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from her again
