I needed to receive this item right away due to an out-of-town trip where the shoes would be used and indicated the urgency to the seller, who in turn promised to ship them immediately. Not only are they as new and beautiful as advertised; I received the shoes in two days. I’m very pleased. Very responsive and responsible seller and I totally recommend her and her closet!
