This tote was exactly as described. I had communication with the seller due to some strange shipping activity and she responded immediately and kept me in her thoughts by checking the tracking as often as I was. I was so happy to see it delivered when I goback from an out of town trip. The tote is absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be adding this seller to my list. I appreciate everything she did.
