Accurate description, thoughtful/secure packaging to protect items during transit, prompt shipping. I'm very happy with the boots. They fit great & offer some Styling versatility. I apologize for my delay in rating --I got notice as I was heading to vacation that they had arrived at my office, so I picked them up on my way out of town. The 4 Hour drive & Thanksgiving holiday got me so distracted! I am thankful for the boots and highly recommend shopping this Posh closet!
