My item was packed with care as it was breakable. The seller even wrote the sweetest note which was included in the box. I broke my original mug that I had for about three years and couldn't find another anywhere until I found it here! I Love it!

Love it! The app notified me of delivery. Handwritten thank you note explained how package was secured against spillage . It worked! Handwritten cards/notes win over AI generated messages.
