Lovely item. Shipping and packing was great. I would describe it as a hi-low top, however. Not a dress. I just have to figure out how to use it now.

Excellent delivery. The hat is precious; I love it. The yoga pants are in excellent shape. Ow I need to use them for exercise. The heat this summer & fall hasn't allowed for any exercising!
