I like that the sellerwrapped each sandals separately to protect from friction during transit. They were also well padded & in a substantial box which arrived quickly. They look new on top despite minor discoloration on soles (which was disclosed in the photos). I will need to stretch the straps a bit, which is fine. I've done that successfully w/other pairs of same brand/style.
