She was so kind and wrapped my palette super nicely with tissue paper, and made sure to add extra padding and protection so the palette wouldn’t brake in transit, it was missing the box, but I never ask if it was included, so That was on me; but overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and how fast she shipped it and the extra care she took of it for me to receive it in one piece Thank you so so much! And I’ll for sure be shopping from her again ♥️
