Unfortunately my boots were delivered to my son’s address in Grand Rapids MI and I live in the Seattle, WA area. My fault not the shippers. So I’ve yet to see my purchase. I will make new shipping arrangements. Thanks, Jennie

Above and beyond! Firstly it was shipped promptly, it was packaged very nicely and even came with a cute free gift! I loved the very thoughtful card that was personally written. Attention to detail was paid for everything. Thanks so much! And of course the boots are lovely!
