Shoes were exactly as pictured, I honestly wouldn’t have thought they were ever worn if it wasn’t mentioned. I did have the same problem, they are too tight. I tried my coworkers 38’s and they are too big. I have ordered a 37 Wide, hopefully those fit properly. 😁
