Unfortunately, the sneakers size 10, not 9, the insoles were absent too, they are big for 2 sizes. I'll try to resell them, because I paid for cleaning and bought new insoles, but price was very attractive. I am happy with the sneakers overall except for the size. I wrote the seller about it, but he or she didn't answer me.
