Item arrived as described, packaged extremely well, and arrived promptly after purchase. Upon opening the box, I saw that the seller went above and beyond by including a few extra suprises along with my new crossbody bag. I received a universal phone charger, a small black velvet clutch purse (that I LOVE 😍) and a bag to hold it in. I also received a postcard and thank you note as well. While getting my package made me very happy today, the extra thoughtfulness of this seller really made my day.
