Every thing was great but the flowers on one of the shoes fell off the second i put it one.

Excellent! Rapid response time, seller amenable to request for further information. Item condition show accurately in photos and description. Although gently used, the bag is in beautiful condition. Overall, 5 stars! One tip for future reference. Storing bags with some kind of stuffing helps the bag retain its shape over time. This is not a complaint. Just a tip. Many thanks for the beautiful bag!
