Great packaging, but the item was not as described. The pics were correct, but the measurements and description had been taken from the Vera Bradley website, not from the actual bag. The bag that I received doesn't have credit card slots or an ID window and is an inch or so bigger in each direction because it is the regular size Triple Compartment Crossbody, not the medium one. I feel a bit guilty because this is in prefect condition and was an absolute steal for $30!
