The boots are beautiful and as described. They were placed in a box without any wrappings around the boots at all. By the time they were reached my address, they had probably been thrown around a lot in transit and there was an indention at the toe and near the heel of one boots. I was able to remove the one at the toe, however, the one at the hill was fairly scratched. Better packaging would have insured that the boots would have been in better condition when they arrived.

Thank you for these. I had these shoes last in 2014 and they were so comfortable. I wore them to work until literally the bottom sole peeled off. Thank you again.
