4 stars is for the seller. Came fast! Thank you! NEGATIVE 10 stars for the product. Does not work as described which is most likely due to the fact that the transplanting gel is dried out. Nothing gets on the applicator therefore nothing gets on the lashes and causes the fibers to be everywhere including my eyes. Ouch. After scooping fibers out of my eyes, I could not see a reason to try this product a second time, nor did it look any different than my typical mascara. 👎🏼👎🏼
