Although the sweatshirt appeared to be new, there were no tags, and it was incredibly wrinkled like it had been rolled up in a ball for months. Moreover, it had a small black stain that should hopefully wash out. However, it smelled fine and did not appear to have been worn/washed. Still gave 5 stars b/c price was good & item was legit, but with a little effort, it would have gone from a satisfactory to a great customer experience.
