it was missing one of the little tightener rings but I had another magnifier like it in a smaller size that i was able to use a ring off of. I did buy this used so was not a big deal & saved about 45$ from the same one on Amazon. It is a wonderful thing. I don't have to keep zooming my browser in & out anymore to be able to see stuff.
