The shoe itself is in great condition. One the chains is slighted discolored, with traces that something had been splilled on the shoes & not fully wiped well. The packaging of the product wasn't the best (no plastic/or tissue wrap to protect the shoes during transport), however half the original box was included (lid was missing). Have no problem purchasing from this seller again, as long as, the packaging of the product improves. Thanks, I love this shoe!
