Five. Stars because of the shipper and the person on the other end however, this bag as awesome as it looks is terrible! I cannot find anything that the shape of it is very difficult to see and fish around for your things. Anything that I put in First is a pain in the butt to get out again. Totally accurately described item and shipping is fine except the product itself is cumbersome
