Edited: The purse was clean and as the ad described, one of the zip pull tabs was missing. The seller had tried to notify me of some additional damage when it was being packed to send out in order to see if I still wanted the item but the messages never made it to me. I am modifying my rating to reflect that the seller did the due diligence for the sale and to thank her for the attempt to contact me before shipping the item.
