Giving 5 stars because the product was as described. I would give less than 5 if I was rating based on other factors though. The seller was not responsive, I tried to purchase these ears several days before she finally messaged back. There were multiple comments from me and other customers trying to buy them. This seller's USPS is also terrible, which caused me to make the mistake of assuming the seller didn't ship. Despite apologizing multiple times, the seller was quite rude about the situation. I generally expect something personal in an order like a thank you note, a business card, even a packing slip or receipt but I got none of that. I would probably not buy from this seller again but the product was in good condition.
