I bought some shoes and they were expertly packed. There was tissue paper stuffed at the toe box, a cardboard shoe frame inserted, the delicate details on the vamp were wrapped in tissue paper, and each shoe was in a plastic bag. The shoes were in a cardboard shoebox put into a shipping box with paper stuff to keep it from bouncing around inside. The shoes were exactly as described and pictured.
