You are so sweet, and for the record I am not the type of person to get bothered by any delays in mailing something. I will always be the one worried about you, for example, living in an area that got hit by some crazy weather. These travel cups have been such a life saver to get from you and whenever I fill them with drinks if they don’t make it back to me I don’t stress. Trust me, I have plenty enough to get stressed over and travel cups just aren’t one of those things. Please do make sure that you aren’t losing money with shipping. It doesn’t bother me if you get these from garage sales, thrift stores or wherever, you’re providing a service that I am so happy with. I apologize for not getting back to you with my last order. Packages arrived and a day later I ended up in the hospital, and it’s been back and goes since then.
