Got the mask, followed the directions to charge it and use it. It doesn't turn on. As soon as I take it off the charger to use it, the charging light indicator turns red again and the mask itself won't turn on. Thought I was doing something wrong and tried for 3 days to figure it out after letting it charge, and therefore missed the return window. Tried to message the seller to ask about it and was told that I can't send a message to them. Also did more research and this is a dupe, not a real cleolight mask. Look up the real thing and then compare it before you buy.
