First off, let me say that if there are ever things (like couriers or postal system) that throw things out of kilter, some people ding the seller. This Posher did EVERYTHING RIGHT, including finding out tracking numbers & keeping me posted. Add to that her INCREDIBLE QUALITY ITEMS (like these croc embossed leather Cassadei boots & the green & white Diane Von Furstenberg dress) & amazing prices, she should get a 10, but they only allow a a 5. Trust her implicitly & I hope she lets me shop her again.
