Quick shipping, excellent packaging, item as described. Seller accidentally switched my order with another customer’s order. Life happens, just an oopsie and it wasn’t the biggest deal in the grand scheme of life. Regardless, seller went above and beyond trying to rectify the situation, even offering and giving a partial refund. Absolutely excellent seller - very responsive, communicative, and sweet.
