Loved the bag - my only complaint is against Coach, lol so many of their purses don't have a usable pocket for cell phones and I don't want my phone banging around in my purse getting scratched - I found phone pouches on Amazon that fit my phone perfectly to prevent damage - the seller was great - responsive to my email question and my product shipped ASAP and arrived a day early - Brand new item just as advertised. I definitely recommend this seller.
