everything I ordered was perfect and packaged with a lot of care. I was given a great gift and it was even packaged beautifully. It’s a very unique tote that folds into a very small maybe 4x5 package. I just don’t know if I’m smart enough to figure how to refold it LOL. This is my favorite closet.
