Most luxury items include serial or date codes. We strongly advise photographing the serial or date code as it helps validate the authenticity of the item.

    For Handbags:

Some serial numbers are on a sticker located on a leather tab or directly on the bag. You can locate these stickers at the bottom of the bag or in the main interior pocket. Popular bags that use serial stickers are Chanel, Chloe, and Fendi. Some bags emboss their serial or date codes behind the label tab or the bag (e.g. Balenciaga, Gucci and Celine).

  • For Shoes:

Be clear on the condition of the item. Any flaws or wear should be disclosed on the description or shown in photos to avoid disputes. Below are some terms to help describe your item's condition:

    • New With Tags (NWT): Brand new, never worn, no signs of wear.

    • Excellent Used Condition (EUC): Very little signs of wear - no significant soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches or tears.

    • Good Used Condition: Obvious signs of wear - discoloration, wear on corners, bottom and handles. Scratches or some soiling may be present but significant areas must be disclosed.

    • Very Used Condition: Major signs of wear - may include tears/rips or large stains. However, these areas should be disclosed in the listing.
