How Do I Upgrade My Shipping Label?

• Labels for packages heavier than 5.0 lbs will incur an extra label upgrade fee. It’s important that you follow these simple steps to upgrade your label when necessary.

  Head over to the Account Tab, select My Sales, and select the order that needs a label upgrade.

  Tap on 'Need New Shipping Label'.

• 

  step 3

  Tap on ‘Need Heavier Weight Label’. Go to ‘Weight’ and select the desired total weight for your label. Any extra costs will be deducted from your earnings.

  Verify the details for your upgraded label are correct and access your new label to ship your package.
