zenergy by Chico light puffer vest with stretch fabric sides, size 3 – XL

The vest is a size 3 XL but I feel like it’s a little bigger than that. The sides have stretchy material so that may be part of the reason why. In great shape very little use approximately 23 inch bust approximately 26 inch length.
