I wore these only a few times after I was injured. The place where the coil attaches hits my scar so I can’t tolerate them. The shoes are relatively new but you may prefer new coils which can be purchased from zcoil. There is a bit of debris in the ridges on the bottom, see pics. Likely would wash out, I’m leaving that to the buyer. Please ask any and all questions.

hi! I also have an injury that makes fitting shoes difficult-- you mentioned that these hit a scar in a way you cant tolerate-- where is the scar? I have a surgical scar around the back and bottom of my outer ankle bone-- would these boots put pressure there? thanks!

@layramay I am not actually sure. Mine runs from just in front of my heel, in the arch, up the back side of my ankle. The part just in front of my heel is where it hurts. I haven’t tried them in a very long time. The truly saved my feet. Legs and back before that injury happened though. They are truly FANTASTIC shoes. I wish I could wear them.

@layramay I used to get about 2-3 years out of 1 pair as long as I replaced the coils about every 6 months. So, they are expensive but hold up really well, as long as you replace your coils. Hope that helps.
