youth sz medium old navy black flounce sleeve baby doll top

the torso area has a shirred pattern. this top is a youth size medium but it could fit anyone between a youth medium and an adult xs. for reference, i am 90 lbs and an adult size xs/s in most clothing. can also be worn off the shoulder! used but in good condition. please reach out to me if you have any questions.
