onnao Thank you! How is the condition of it? Are there any holes, rips, stains or worn out areas? In the second picture it looks like there is a spot of some kind at the upper right hand corner.

onnao Thank you for all the pictures and information and I'm going to continue to watch it. The hole concerns me a little because it doesn't look like its on a seam plus it's at an impact point so if I do end up buying it I would prefer to mend it myself (I used to work as a seamstress). Thanks again :)

poshretro @onnao yeah it's easy to mend because of the fabric. The buttons are loops and prob not the best for this type of coat but pretty nonetheless.

onnao Hi, I don't want to offend you with a low offer but I was comfortable with $25 because of the hole in front next to the button area. That is a tough spot to repair because there is a lot of strain in that area because of the button closure. I understand if you don't want to let it go for $25.
