Neckline can be worn on or off shoulders. Fits like a size large, but with sash and stretch in elastic waist may also fit xl. No tags, no fabric content unknown. One very faint yellow spot on white part near waist and a couple variations in blue fabric. Waist measurement given at 21 inches is with elastic all the way stretched out.
