This cute Why Dress top is in great shape! It’s all black, button up, and has flared sleeves! At the top of the neckline is a tie and there are beads along the bottom of the fabric around the neckline and down under the arms. The sleeves are slightly too short to be full long sleeves but they seem to be longer than 3/4 length. Size small. The only flaw to disclose are a few thread pulls throughout the piece, but they aren’t noticeable when wearing.
