we...love Collection Tunic Dress/Vest From France w/bonus Red Mesh Top - Small

Fun we...love Collection Tunic Dress/Vest Made in France. Top vest portion has zipper with toggle closures around the neckline. The bottom of the skirt portion has buttons. I'm including a Bonus Red Mesh Top Made in Italy of Viscose/Elastane (no label available). The fabric on the red top is a softer mesh and has a lot of stretch. Both items have never been worn and are in excellent condition.
