sarahrovetto23 @dls1rn I am so so sorry! Christmas has me like 🤪 laid flat armpit to armpit is a little over 18 inches. It's kind of hard to measure since it is a flowy waterfall vest. I wear my medium all the time. I love it! I can ship today if you would like. My closet is going on vacation starting this afternoon. 😊
