Bright White, was told it was Jovani but the place we bought it from cut tags out & put their own tag. Size 2-4 (it’s stretchy could probably fit a 6 as well) This is absolutely stunning on! The pictures of it off do not do it justice. This was worn on homecoming night and the cape that goes around the waist drug on the football field and the bottom side is dirty so it needs dry cleaned. Other than that it’s perfect. Such a gorgeous outfit
