A pleated skirt bodycon short dress by Herve Leger Paris in navy blue. Thin straps. Wide scoop neckline. Bandage style waist. Tiny pleat skirt. Zips up the back with an invisible zipper. Made in Italy of 90% Viscose Rayon and 10% Lycra. It's a size Medium according to the label. The measurements say it is more like a Small with a waist of 24". See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement.
