A flattering 30s style cream chiffon drop waist dress that was probably made in the 1980s by an unknown vintage maker. Gathered low waist with full skirt. Material is a chiffon with a burned out floral leaf print. Sheer short angel sleeves. Zips up side. Cream under dress.
